Frequently Asked Questions
What if I have to miss a class?
No problemo.
Online classes are recorded, and I’m happy to send you a link if you request it. Links do expire one week after the class, though, so be sure to do it as soon as you can.
Can I just come to one class as a drop-in?
I’d love for you to try a class. And you’re welcome to drop in if you feel that’s best. Email me at least 60 minutes before class, and I’ll get you signed up

I’m a total beginner. Will your yoga classes be too difficult for me?
I tailor every class toward the students who are there. Every class is mixed level. I will offer options for the beginning yoga student to the seasoned practitioner.
If you’re worried, please send me a message directly—we can discuss your goals and I’m happy to make a class recommendation for you.
I don’t have childcare. Can my baby, toddler, or older child come?
Yes! Children are always welcome at Spoiled Yogi classes online.
You will be muted during class, so the only one who might hear your child is you. The rest of us will love seeing your cutie pie. We will make funny faces and coo at them. (Ok, well, maybe just me!)
Yoga with kids underfoot is a different experience. You might have to stop to attend to your little one’s needs from time to time. We’ve all been there!

Are women who aren’t mothers allowed to join?
Yes, of course! Yoga is for everybody. All are welcome.
Just be warned: Our before and after class conversations often turn to mom-related issues.
I’m pregnant! When should I start attending prenatal yoga class?
Congratulations on your pregnancy!
You can attend prenatal yoga classes at any time during your pregnancy. Some pregnant moms are ready to join us as soon as they find out they’re pregnant and in their first trimester, while others prefer to wait until the second trimester. My prenatal yoga classes are safe for all trimesters.

When can I start practicing yoga again after I have a baby? Do you have any postnatal yoga classes?
Whenever you feel able and have gotten clearance from your medical care provider. That’s usually 6 weeks after birth for a vaginal birth and 8-12 weeks after for cesarean births. It’s also a good idea to see a pelvic floor physical therapist.
